About — Javonti Thomas & Soulfully Rich Living
What is Soulfully Rich Living ?
Soulfully Rich Living is a digital ministry and learning space exploring what it means to live abundantly in a world shaped by scarcity, exploitation, and empire.
At its core, Soulfully Rich Living challenges the idea that wealth is measured only by income, productivity, or status. Instead, it centers a vision of richness rooted in spiritual wholeness, community wellbeing, justice, and liberation.
This work exists to help people reconnect money, purpose, and faith — not as individual self-improvement projects, but as responses to a world longing for healing and transformation.
At a glance, Soulfully Rich Living means:
- Redefining wealth → moving beyond net worth toward values, joy, legacy, justice and collective flourishing
- Reclaiming purpose → understanding calling as resistance to systems that produce injustice
- Valuing non-material wealth → honoring relationships, rest, health, wisdom, and community as true riches
ABOUT JAVONTI THOMAS
Hi, I’m Javonti Thomas! I am a communicator, community-builder, and the heart behind Soulfully Rich Living.
My work sits at the intersection of journalism, economic development, and ministry. I’ve anchored morning newscasts, partnered with industries to bring jobs into communities, and worked alongside nonprofits helping people build resilience, confidence, and economic stability.
But beyond titles and résumés, I know what it feels like to chase “success” while feeling spiritually empty. I also know the feeling of powerlessness as harm and injustice blankets communities.
Soulfully Rich Living was born from that tension.
It grew from a realization that abundance isn’t just financial. It’s spiritual. It’s relational. It’s deeply shaped by the systems we live under and by the choices we make together.
Today, my work focuses on helping people unlearn harmful definitions of success.
